I didn't mean no one is better than mossad. I meant that for my country, this is the best Intel agency which helps us avoid terror attacks which would make Israelis want to catch the murderers and use the Army to bring them to justice. The Numbers of deads don't matter. Here's why: One rocket can kill 10 people or no one at all, is it justified to shoot them at the first place? Their intention is to kill as many as possible and they are shooting thousands of them deliberately on civilians.
When you want to bomb a rocket a second before he's being fired, you need to use an helicopter. Israel did warn the population about attacks, once they ignore, we don't have a choice.
