This game looks like a lot of fun. Unfortunately I stopped playing Mega Man after NES, but I should give this one a shot. Is this back when you used Camstudio?

Well, I can't say much. It's laggy, (I'll help you with your gfx card issues, because I'm sure that's the cause of it.)and you speak too softly. It's a bit like you're whispering.
