It was a Sunday night show on ITV from the mid 80s hosted by a comedian. The Searchers also played "Love's Gonna Be Strong". I can't remember the title

Whatever is was called, it was a joy to watch it. Everyone was enjoying the Searchers as well as they were enjoying everyone. I wish I had been there! Thanks for posting. Hugs from Texas.

I think it was called "Chas and Daves Knees Up" if memory serves. Jeff Stevenson was indeed the host.

I'm sure the programme was called "Knees Up" and was about 1983.

Figured it was around the or just after the 'Sire' era. These guys never lost their magic, even with the personnel changes.
