The recitor is called Qaari Muhammad 'Uwayyid ar-Rashidi.
Just to add this particular poem is not by Ibn al-Qayyim Jawziyyah - although similar (i.e. ending with ن) his was called Qasidah Nooniyyah.
This particular Qasidah was written by Abu Muhammad al-Andalusi al-Qahtaani.
