  • A great example of why cyclists need to travel with the flow of traffic. That said, In the end, it was an "accident".

  • i hope i hit lots of bikers pulling in and out of my driveway. fucking takes me 10 minutes to pull out of my drive way now so some stupid bikers can ride on the road. Stick to the sidewalks homies and you wont get hit!

  • stupid biker...hes on the wrong side of the road AND hes got no helmet. what an idiot...and all the idiots that believe the motorist is at fault..ur all douches.

  • @PookiesBabydoll And you're an idiot

  • @1991gunit awwww i cant tell u how sad it makes me to hear u say that...oh wait,it didnt.

  • @PookiesBabydoll Lol to be honest I donno what I wrote, I was drunk and my brother showed me this video

  • @1991gunit lol ur excused.hehe

  • HAHAHAHA the bike is all fucked up, look at the bent wheel!

  • I'm pretty sure the driver was at fault here not the cyclist. The driver pulled out without even looking for anything coming. Once the vehicle went by the car rushed out and the cyclist was almost AT the car when it pulled out

  • @markseifjr even though the driver wasn't looking ... bicyclist are suppose to travel with the flow of traffic.

  • @urbanredneckzombie actually i though it was right the opposite, that bicyclist should always travel in the oposite direction, so you can actually look where the cars are coming from, and if you've ever ride a bicycle you'll feel it alot more natural, as you will feel safer then having cars always behind you (couse when you're trying to turn left following the flow, you need to turn your head more then 120 degrees), but yeah, the law says follow the flow

  • @markseifjr ...you are dead wrong! cyclists are supposed to go WITH the flow of traffic, not against it. the cyclist was clearly on the WRONG side of the road-plus he's not even wearing a helmet.

  • @viciouscanadianvixen regardless what you say, the driver paid no attention and drove right out in front of him. Had that been someone walking, they'd likely be dead. Whoever the driver was is in a vehicle weighing access of ONE TON; you cannot just pull out without looking first. Yes, the police should charge the guy with the broken bicycle now for not wearing a helmet. That would be hilarious :D

  • @markseifjr ...cyclist still have to follow the same rules as motorists-the cyclist was still going against traffic. how do you know the driver didn't look up the sidewalk for a pedestrian and missed the fucktard that wasn't supposed to be where he was? but no-it's always the driver's fault when people jaywalk and don't follow basic rules of the road that each person must know to get their beginners (fuck i learned about basic bicycle safety when i was 10!)

  • @viciouscanadianvixen what does wearing a helmit have to do with getting hit by a vehicle

  • @116Leonard ...are you on crack? if cyclists are hit by a vehicle, 80% of the time they land on their head! that's like saying "what does not wearing a seat belt have to do with it?" the cyclist was still on the wrong side of the road so i don't get what point you are trying to make...

  • If the driver hasn't done so yet, he/she should request that the police press charges against the cyclist.

  • @ytppotvin for..?

  • @yourpolice

    Motor Vehicle Act:

    177(3): Must wear helmet

    176: Cyclist rights and responsibilities

147: Shall not drive on the left

    346(1a): Carelessness

  • @ytppotvin good luck with that
