As for circumcision, even the OT says THOU SHALL NOT STEAL. HIS body, HIS decision.
Not one national medical association on earth (not even Israel's) endorses routine circumcision. This includes the bodies who have revised their policies SINCE the research on HIV in Africa has been available.
