I first heard this on my car radio. I was on my way to a meeting,but changed direction,and drove into Swansea,Wales,and bought the L.P. I soon wore it out,but good to see it's on u tube,and that many other people like it as well. David Gates is genius.

@rodyrios David plays his own keyboards...talent guy...we met a few times when I played in Oakland in the mid 1980's. I met him thru some Mormon BYU players on the Raiders, and they all knew Dave. He has an interesting background, as most of the Mormons I have met in the NFL. extremely bright men, talented and humble doesn't cover it..they are what they project...Dave in particular writes his music from his heart. incredible talent.

Still the music IF sounds the same - is the correct line in the RAIN tune! I know because I listened to this over and over when it came out in the 70's!!!!! David Gates wrote some of the best music then!
