@VireakYuth Thailand do no have rights over Phra Vihear, true, but Thailand have rights of the developing land in the Management Plan. The concern is not whether Thailand thinks they own Phra Vihear, the concern is about Cambodia declares Thailand's lands as Cambodian's in the management plan. This is invasion of property, not Phra Viher but the land that is going to be used in the Management Plan.

Preah Vihear temple is built on the land, rite? (without land, Assume the land belong to Thailand, so, Preah Vihrear temple built in the sky or on in the tree?)

The ICJ rules the Preah Vihear temple and everything related to the temple. You have to realize that before we build something, we must have a map, which describes about surrounding area. Ex: like garden, kitchen, etc.

Thai doesn't lose any land. In fact, Thais just give back what they are not supposed to get, to Cambodia.

Technically,

1. Preah Vihear temple is built on the land

2. The land of Preah Vihear are included the lands for garden, lake, and everything belongs to Preah Vihear temple.

For example, if a person buy your house, and then you and the seller the declare statement of ownership of the house.

Then, if one day, you claim, "No, the garden of your house belongs to me, I just sold the house, not the land"....so what gonna be happened?

Remember, the law is not a tool to sick someone. The law is to clarify two important things. One is fact/correction and second is ethic.

The judges rule Preah Vihear temples base on formal document (map) and the history background of the area ethically.

It is a delay of Preah Vihear management plan ,but a nice approval on the management plan. We also got the signature of the Preah Vihear management plan from Thai delegations.

What is the powerful of UNESCO decision?

UNESCO is all about culture.

Now, we built house, hospital, and so on..The main think before the UNESCO is the "money". We need money to conserve preah vihear and surounding area. That;s all...UN rule those area to Cambodia already...
