Great Demo! This is also a great technique for the first row of ribbing. I used a c/o like this on the machine and knitted the row that would be the front side of the pattern, one more time than the other row. Then, working alternately from the needles, start ribbing. This creates a nice, softly turned edge for the bottom of the ribbing.
