I'm 33, with 19 years of riding, live in Vancouver, ride the North Shore every week, 8" in the front and rear, 60kmh manuals, 360's all dialed, and I hate to say it, but this video is awesome. It cracked me up. This is the first XC video I've seen where anyone is absolutely ripping. Nice to see talent on any trail. May you ride like this for all your days to come.
i find the red course more fun its alot quicker, to many pot holes on black course which just sap energy out of you, i did find that howes run bomb hole other day right next to enterance to beast that was fun!!

Keep up that pace for a XC race? No... don't think that's possible. But that's not what we where filming. We tried to capture the basic fun of riding XC bikes on XC trails. Ride the boring bits slow, the fun bits fast. :)
No, I know. I was just messing with you. It looks like a lot of fun. I'm just bitter because the weather will not cease in the Northeast US and I'm dying to do what they're doing in the vid.

Never ridden around norwich myself, only make the occasional trip over to Thetford forest. So can't help sorry.

Its on the brandon park side, quite difficult to find. Been up in scotland so will try and get some of the helmet cam stuff from that trip posted.
