Man Rudy is going to improve even more this year. He is one of the most talented, athletic players in the world and he really wants to be great. In a couple of years, he will be one of the best players in the world. Also, I think Mike Conley will have a breakout season and actually be the second best player on the Grizzlies roster. I see him as a Tony Parker type of player in a few years- a top 5 point guard. And Mayo will be brilliant. I see him as an even better version of Chauncey Billups.

Well there are two different paths Mayo can take. He can either be like an even better version of Chauncey Billups, a big, tough point guard that plays some shooting guard, has a beautiful stroke, plays great defense, and can hit any big shot at any time. Or he can be an even better version of Brandon Roy, a shooting guard who plays some point guard, can score at will, play brilliant defense, and make everyone around him better, and is basically an assassin. O.J. has the potential to be either.
