  • Wow...makes me feel so slow at IDPA.

  • Just seeing this clip for first time. Congrats on the skills and that dialed-in Open gun. Congrats also to Mr. Nolan (who designed and sold the HoserCam for a while) as the vid.'s Q is great as well.

  • damn great shooting!

  • great! very nice.

  • omg thats cool

  • yer fast

  • Holy crap that's awesome

  • Wow awesome, I'm speechless ;-o DVC

  • DAMN!!!!

  • wait...is that a charging handle to the left of the gun?...

    or am i seeing things?

  • It's a slide racker. It enables the shooter to rack the slide. The red dot sight makes it difficult to grasp the slide in the normal manner as on a 1911/2011 with iron sights.

  • Defınıtely a chargıng handleç

  • it just makes it quicker to reload cause when your hauling ass and your hands are sweaty racking the slide takes longer compared to the handle

  • that is some major skill

  • Guess not a C-more upon second look. Maybe a challenge...What optic is he using on that ported .38 super? Leupold? A bit of trivia..why not. Post the answer.

  • I thought it was an UltraDot at first, but that rheostat on the right side has me guessing.

  • Judging from the voice at the beginning of the video, the Shooter i Saul Kirsch. According to his website, he shoots with an STI Grand master with an Aimpoint Comp C mounted in a Rescomp STI/AIMPOINT scope mount.

  • Excellent video and Todd has amazing skill. He acquires is sight picture sooooo freakin' fast! Even in open division with the C-more. He is an amazing shooter and rivals his open scores with production guns. Long live the sport of shooting. Never let your government take that away. I will keep practicing. :o))

  • Awesome shooting!!

  • VERY nice run. I've watched ipsc since i was knee high, and this is some fine shooting

  • Looks much more difficult from the first person shooter perspective.

  • exactly!

  • @RodCornholio

Ant THAT even if you consider you're not feeling the adrenaline or expectation from the competition. It turns the arms of some into jelly.

  • wow, great point of view. Man how do you guys aquire the sight picture so fast???and on the move too??? Routine I guess?

I was an Air MArshal and would be extremly proud to shoot as well as you guys.

  • WOW thats fast I noticed not much recoil at all.

  • This is Saul Kirsh shooting - one of the top shooters in the world today. He is shooting an STI Grand Master modified open class gun. 38 Super - Compensated with a few hybrid holes. These are custom made guns and cost normally 3-5k USD.

  • a racegun with all the goodies will cost at least $3000 US, as much as $5000 US, and if you cant shoot, you still cant shoot with a racegun!

  • gawd... dayummm...

  • in europe such a racegun with everything you need costs about 3000 euros

  • It's an Open race gun... So you're right it's most likely a .38 Super with an Aimpoint scope. I wouldn't know what exactly are the other components buy it definitely would be top shelf i.e. STI/Para-Ord frame, custom barrel with compensator probably hybrid.

  • most probably how much is it?

  • I would guess USD 1,200 - 2,000.

  • that's what an open gun can do hehe, but of course 70% is given credit to the shooter. very nice run, fun to watch. hope to shoot that fast soon ;-)

  • hahah and i thought i had seen fast people at my club

  • hmphh ive seen better lol

  • Awesome ISPC footage, raceguns are sweet!

  • you americans are realy one thugh mother fuckers

  • This person is shooting a full on "race" gun. It is most likely a 38-Super STI (2011) model. These guns are built for pure speed. Compensated, ported barrels, 2lb triggers, lighten slides. Sweet guns.

  • he is useing a bull (1911) pistol with an aimpoint. he has a compensator, and i think he have a hybrid barrel, or atleast drilled a few holes in it.

  • -And it seems to be compensated, due to the gas venting straight up. The shooter also have acharging handle attached, so it is easier/possible to rack the slide without any problem.

  • dare i ask what the firearm was and what modifications were made?

  • I can't tell what gun is used, but it has got an aimpoint red-dot. -Not that that really matters. When You can shoot that fast, AND hit, You will hit with optics or not. :D

  • WOW

  • holy shit
