@TheLalakawaii I've been studying art technique and art history for 6 years, 'style' is not really an excuse for lazy splotches. If the rest of the artwork was surreal, then the splotches would be fine, its the fact that they do not relate to the rest of the artwork in any sense. Plus they cover details of the hand. From an artists perspective, and I know this may not be the case, it almost seems as if she didn't like the hand and instead of redrawing it, she covered it up.
