I think it's her "professional" outfit--she seems to wear it when she's in mayor mode. Lawyer mode is a red jacket and lesbian mode is a hat. Obviously.

I'm using Pinnacle Studio 12, which looks to be the consumer version of Avid. I like it--there's some things that are annoying, but I've only been playing with the software for maybe three weeks now (??), so I can't be sure that it's not me doing something wrong.
