not bad but I have had good luck with plain cheap paint stripper, the kind that comes in a spray can. Works great on factory base coat/clear coat cars/trucks but I wouldn't try on cheap enamel paint jobs. Spray on wait till vinyl crinkles up and scrap off with a squeegee or little chiseler and quickly wash off with soap & water. Works great.
