Not fake...this spa is one of the best things you will ever do for your self. After a treatment of massage and facial, I giggled nonstop for a good hour (Endorphines were everywhere). While it wasn't better than sex, it came really close even if I did have to pay for it!! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, I only wished I lived closer and could go more.
