What they ALL told me was the Titan and the Tundra are hands down the best 1/2 trucks. For a heavy duty truck...Ford. Regular oil changes, tranny drain/flush every 30k miles...thats it. I have yet to see a Big 3 go 5 years without any kind of repair...i.e. heater core, alternator, engine, tranny, drive train issues, water pump...you like apples APBT? How do you like them apples? This is from an 2007 Titan owner. I have raced alot of trucks and cars in my Titan. My titan is bone stock, not supercharged or any other mods , The Chevy SS silverado & squashed it, the Ford SVT Lightning &Squashed it, the For Mustang GT & Squashed it, the Dodge Rumble Bee & Squashed it, Dodge Charger.. Sqaushed it til I hit my factory set top end of 120 then he ate me up... You all can knock our Jap trucks however you want, but in the long run we're gett'n 300K miles & still kickn your butts!!
Two things, that is not a 2004 SRT10 Ram, it's a 2006, and it's the quad cab, which was a DOG. That V10 did not like the extra weight and the power rarely reached the road. The regular cab was well over a second faster in the 1/4 mile. Not knocking the Titan though, it's a fast cheap truck with some cheap mods.

i get a SRT10 after he was running one year in germany . a lot of power and 145mph on german " autobahn " . now i get a second hand viper motor from USA . no power and accel. is bad . ( see my video ) . Thats why you drive only 65 mph on your highway .

Great video man! I was thinking of getting a titan, but heard of bad problems with the rear Axle Seals and also Cat damage due to weak or failing fuel pump. Do you know if these problems are on the 2011 models??
@rumerboyz the problems you mention are on the early model titans. these issues have been address since 08,09 models, so you should be good. however, i own a 04 and have none of these issues. lucky me.
What have you done to your Titan? What are you running in the 1/4? I am trying to get to a drag strip soon to see what mine will do. I have an 05 with AEM CAI, Stillen L/T headers, Banks Monster Exhaust and soon to have Uprev as soon as I can convince the wife its needed. I have raced a ton of ricers around here and have only lost to one because I spun in sand.

@Cbagpipes every vehicle is different. we put a 100 shot on a friends sentra se-r spec v. it ran low 15's stock and with the 100 shot ran a best of 13.5. anything is possible with nitrous.

This ram is a quad cab, so its 0-60 time is really hurt compared to the regular cab. The quad cab gets a time 0-60 time of 5.6 and the regular cab gets 4.9.
I think it looks prettier this quad cab than de single cab. Just my opinion, by the way, congrats on your race man, your titan runs pretty good. Greets.

IMO the Titan is overdue for a redesign tho, 7 years the same truck, i guess Nissan is gonna make the Titan 10 years like they did the Hardbody cause it was suck a great dependable truck. @APBTisBeastI went to 27 independent mechanics all around 3 states that I live near. I asked them their thoughts on 1/2 ton trucks and 3/4 1 ton trucks. What they ALL told me was the Titan and the Tundra are hands down the best 1/2 trucks. For a heavy duty truck...Ford. ALSO looking over my comment, the only thing in there that could be voiced as opinion is where I said Titan's are badass.

@APBTisBeast The part where I said they last longer than the big 3....so far that's proven true. All the rest of my comment is factual based. I've owned 2 f-150s and 3 Rams. Between the two, the F-150 was the better truck...but within the first couple years I had to do major work on all the trucks. One Ford and One Ram were purchased new. The others were lease turn ins. I had 40 grand to blow on a new truck so I researched it by interviewing the mechanics. So I got a new Titan, back in 2007.

This is from an 2007 Titan owner. I have raced alot of trucks and cars in my Titan. My titan is bone stock, not supercharged or any other mods , The Chevy SS silverado & squashed it, the Ford SVT Lightning &Squashed it, the For Mustang GT & Squashed it, the Dodge Rumble Bee & Squashed it, Dodge Charger.. Sqaushed it til I hit my factory set top end of 120 then he ate me up... You all can knock our Jap trucks however you want, but in the long run we're gett'n 300K miles & still kickn your butts!!

Two things, that is not a 2004 SRT10 Ram, it's a 2006, and it's the quad cab, which was a DOG. That V10 did not like the extra weight and the power rarely reached the road. The regular cab was well over a second faster in the 1/4 mile. Not knocking the Titan though, it's a fast cheap truck with some cheap mods.

What have you done to your Titan? What are you running in the 1/4? I am trying to get to a drag strip soon to see what mine will do. I have an 05 with AEM CAI, Stillen L/T headers, Banks Monster Exhaust and soon to have Uprev as soon as I can convince the wife its needed. I have raced a ton of ricers around here and have only lost to one because I spun in sand.

@Cbagpipes every vehicle is different. we put a 100 shot on a friends sentra se-r spec v. it ran low 15's stock and with the 100 shot ran a best of 13.5. anything is possible with nitrous.

This ram is a quad cab, so its 0-60 time is really hurt compared to the regular cab. The quad cab gets a time 0-60 time of 5.6 and the regular cab gets 4.9.

IMO the Titan is overdue for a redesign tho, 7 years the same truck, i guess Nissan is gonna make the Titan 10 years like they did the Hardbody cause it was suck a great dependable truck. I love the sound of a VK engine on the high revs, nothing like a Nissan V8 :)
