Everyone should throw. I'm starting at 47yo, and I'm a runner.
I really suck, but IT'S AWESOME. Gives me something to strength/power train for.
Nothing like shot put to boost the old testosterone levels once your over 40.

from 9:00 on the machines that he uses are amazing. I wish u could find those in gyms near by.

@Burningrave That's a stiff-arm lat pulldown. You can do that standing up at a lat pulldown or cable fly station, which pretty much any gym has.
