He has the passion, but lacks the knowledge, and skill of bodybuilding. To break it down:
1) 10-15lbs of pure muscle in 3 months is impossible naturally. Forget it. Set realistic goals - 1 year should be your aim.
2) Horrible form with almost every exercise. The point is to isolate and contract the muscle. You are barely working the muscle that you intend to. Ease off the weight, use correct form - and really focus on contracting the muscle.
3) Don't go overboard with consuming heaps of calories. Work out how much you need to make steady gains There lots of useful calculators on the internet that figure that out based on your current weight, height, exercise habits. If eat too much you won't gain more muscle - you'll just get fat. You also need to consume all the essentials, protein, carbs, and FATS.

I give u credit for putting yourself out there. But, by 11:30 am you should have already had breakfast, and at least a least a shake already in your system. Then lunch at 11 or so. Burning the eggs just ruined the nutritional value. I'm 40, so we didn't have the internet back in the 80's. But, I had enough sense to go to a bookstore and look at bodybuilding books. Franco, Arnold, Lou, Robby Robinson ect all shared the basic info: Basic Compound Movements.And for overall strength and size SQUATS.

I am also a bodybuilder and I have been just checking through some diet videos. I feel for this kid because I went from 120lbs at age 18 to where I am now at 240lbs @ 8% BF at age 36, but this is just ridiculous. This kid needs to post videos at a much later time than this. need it to gain weight, went from 200lbs muscle, down to a skinny 160lb, now working my way back up because the fire is lit. i only have 3 meals a day and snacks in between, this guy is a joke. at least ive maintained the muscle memory

I give u credit for putting yourself out there. But, by 11:30 am you should have already had breakfast, and at least a least a shake already in your system. Then lunch at 11 or so. Burning the eggs just ruined the nutritional value. I'm 40, so we didn't have the internet back in the 80's. But, I had enough sense to go to a bookstore and look at bodybuilding books. Franco, Arnold, Lou, Robby Robinson ect all shared the basic info: Basic Compound Movements.And for overall strength and size SQUATS.

I am also a bodybuilder and I have been just checking through some diet videos. I feel for this kid because I went from 120lbs at age 18 to where I am now at 240lbs @ 8% BF at age 36, but this is just ridiculous. This kid needs to post videos at a much later time than this.
