that movie was really intense, i think it was the powerful soundtrack that did it mostly for me. i went and downloaded the main track afterwards, really great music.

but yeah, basically the movie freaked me out and made me kinda sad and i had to hug myself to sleep.. argh! lol.

Hey Nick, yeah I've watched that movie serveral times. i liked it alot but it is kind of depressing. I hate when the guy steals his grandmas tv and pawns it for the millionth time..haha..Then she thinks shes getting called onto a game show and she gets strung out..it was crazy but very well done.

"Requiem" is a gorgeously morbid movie. I'm a huge fan of Darren Aronofsky. Have you seen any of his other films like "Pi" and "The Fountain"? Great, great movies.

'Requiem for a Dream' is my favourite social comment movie. The movie makes you feel every emotion they go through, it is brilliant but not for the faint hearted. It also shows both sides of the coin -- those who are addicted to illegal drugs and those who are addicted to prescription drugs. Addition knows no barriers

On a lighter note I love musical interludes you should do more of them.

I know loads of people have probably told you this but seriously, be prepared for awful weather, and if you come across any sunny day then go out, jump around and pretty much savour it cause it could be the last one you see for months.

Actually, try to enjoy the bad weather too, use it as an excuse to make a deep, thought provoking video haha

hey, i saw requiem for a dream at college for a literature class (yeah..) and it was really shocking/depressing,still remember the wound on his arm cos of the acid he inyected himself..it was..well just to remember its kinda sad/depressing and generates a really powerfull felling in urself; and yeah its a very strong message for what drugs can do to u and; i liked it, i even watched it a second time with my bf of that time, and i'll never forget.... the expression on his face

"Requiem For a Dream" is a beautiful film, but is very dark. I was depressed for a few days after watching it. I completely agree that it is the best anti-drug film ever made, even though it would probably be much too intense for younger kids.

I personally don't think I could exchange the great lakes states for Arizona. I know everyone complains about our winter but I kind of like season changes and I love white Christmases. The main thing though is that I love Ohio's rolling green hills and woods and I'd really miss that in Arizona.
