just seen easiest way on some forum... load no mercy finale and kill your AI if you are playing with AI then grab a hunting rifle. Then go down the hallway then run back to the safe room and wait for a hunter and it will jump in front of the door and time it right and get a headshot

yeh because if u get to close she'll lunge u and u got to shoot her on the neck basically not really on the head because after i got it i was like yay.. soon after i did it again as an experiment and all u have to do is shoot her somewhere in the neck with the shoty dont take ur time or she'll kill u
