those shape memory wires look like they could work for making a ornithopter (or would that be arthropodopter or somthing?) flap it's wings

would it be possible to power it with solar cells? (perhaps some very thin solarcells with nanotubes and other fullerenes (i think i read somewhere that they would improve solarcells a lot) on the wings instead of mylar)
