This video is disrespectful. To use a clip of a firefighter's funeral, movie or not, is wrong. The men and women that fight fires risk their lives every day to protect others, and sometimes they dont make it back. As a girl who has lost someone very close to me fighting fires, I honestly feel that this clip shows immense disrespect for those who risk their lives for us. Next time, use real comic clips instead of a true heroes funeral, because one day, you might be the one they have to rescue.

1. he didn't use a "true hero's funeral". as you said, it's a movie clip.

2. no one's disrespecting anything. i'm fairly sure that it's near impossible to find someone with beef against firemen. firemen indeed are heroes. they risk their lives and sometimes they don't come back, like you said. and i bet more then a few had those morals that allow them the bravery to do so instilled in them from a young age by a combination of real people (like their dad)...

...and the ideals of characters like superman. because that's what "heroes" are. they're more then just stories or pictures. they're a parable to learn from. like aesop's fables, they contain beliefs/morals that help frame our views of right and wrong. more then a few kids grew up with batman or superman as not just fun stories, but role models. i know i've done some very reckless things to help others, 'cause it's the right thing to do. "heroes" inspire heroes.
