Hi can i read your feet? Jus't put your feet in front of the camera and stretch your toes to your face for 1 minute you can make it unlisted if you don't want no one to see it on your channel send me the link in my inbox
great to see your face again. I wish you all the best of luck and I think it's great you are trying the natural way. I hope and prayer that these things helps you. Can't wait for the next update
@Shellx85x Hi girl! No, don't be terrified. For many girls it is not painful, only a bit uncomfortabel and some don't even feel discomfort. Plus if you feel pain you know it is normal. But the big plus is that it will help you on your path to finding answers and alternatives and THAT my dear is a step closer to holding your baby one day soon! So if it does hurt just imagine that little face staring at you and it will make it easier! I wish you the best of luck with the HSG, keep me posted :) XO
Oh my goodness, that "mixture" just sounds straight up NASTY! Yuck! You are AMAZING! I hope you get results! Best wishes and TONS of baby dust to you! *HUGS*
@sarahandrobert10 LOL, it IS SOOOO nasty! But as I say over and over "whatever works" lol...well, not realllyyyy whateveer, lol. Thanks so much for your well wishes and I hope all goes well with the birthday party! XO
@HopesNDreamslive Thanks SO much! I'm definitely excited and anxious in anticipation of the outcome! I think of it as either a path to my baby or a path to being healthier before the path to my baby! Thank you for your support and encouragement! :)
I'm glad you are enjoying your classes. WOW--onion and beet mixture doesn't sound too tasty- more power to you and I hope it gives you the results you are looking for. I think any progress toward vegetarianism is awesome. You are making big steps towards a healthy lifestyle. The Fertility Diet is an excellent book for improving ovulation and egg quality- but is healthy overall. Great to see a video from you! Love you lots! xoxo
@RenaeLaunderlife Yep, it's definitely a yucky mixture but whatever it takes! lol!!! That's exactly how I feel about the change in lifestyle, if it doesn't help me get pregnant at least it means I will be taking better care of myself. I need to read the book again, probably in 2 weeks. Love you lots and lots!!!!
Oh my God that mixture!! Oooh! I wish you could've seen my face when you were going over the recipe. LOL You're a trooper!! The massage is interesting, I want to look into all of this now. I want to look into Chinese medicine, too. Sounds promising. I'm on the same page as you - I'm giving the natural route a good solid try until the end of summer about 6 months or so - and if nothing happens we'll start IUI. Best of luck to you, babe. FX it all works for you soon!!!!!!! <3 <3 <3
@TTCaMiniMash Hi Michelle! Love you - always put a smile on my face - LOL! Yeah, it's a pretty disgusting mixture to drink, I laugh at my own face when I was showing it - ugghhh!!! But hey... if doesn't do good at least it won't do bad either. I hope you do look into it, let me know! FX for you too - always!!!
@zorelita Hola, la cebolla SIN la cascara pero la remolacha es CON cascara, y no te olvides de añadirle la miel! Suerte!! Me dejas saber como te va ok? :)
@AnasJourney Hola! how great that we can chat in SPANISH!! I feel much comfortable writing in spanish .. sorry :( ... necesito saber cuando tengo que empezar a tomar el licuado, cuando empiezo mi periodo? o que dia exacto?, please let me know, my period is coming soon!!. XOXO y mil gracias!
@zorelita GREAT! I feel it's great to try out all possible natural avenues, why not right? If it doesn't help it will not hurt either :) Good for you, if you have any questions let me know. HUGS
That is great! Yeah, I have mild ins issues but they disappear completely when I remove gluten from my diet. Great job on the bread recipe! I make have to bring back eggs once in a while when I crave more carbs. I will go through my library and sent you a list of my favorite books and recipes. I think we are fb friends! I will pm ya!
That is a really cool idea for a natural way to unblock your tubes. I hope it works. Too bad it couldn't taste better. I wonder if you could put splenda in it to taste better? I really hope you find something natural to work for you.
@amweeks0504 Thanks Amanda! It's always so great hearing from you! I know, the taste is HORRIBLE, I don;t think anythign can make it taste better - lol...but hey, whatever works right? I hope this works too! Thanks so much for your wishes - HUGS!!!
Going vegan was a natural progression from being a vegetarian. My husband and I made the transition together. We learned a LOT about nutrition along the way and made changes with the help of our doctor and dietician. At first we were overloading ourselves with fake meats etc but we switched to wholefoods and never looked back!
@TheLifeInTheNorth That's the way I see it, i think once we get toally adapted to being vegetarian we will just naturally start to go vegan. For me I think it would be easy because the only dairy I crave is milk. But I just need time to learn more and get used to cooking that way and just have lots of recipes to choose from so I can have alternatives and not feel deprived. The few recipes we know are SO yummy!
For sure. Would be happy to share! I love cooking and can start by recommending some cooking books. What type of food do you guys enjoy eating? I actually find that I don't miss milk at all. I heart almond milk - almond breeze is outstanding. I also make my own which is super easy. Hemp milk is divine as well. Wildwood makes amazing dairy free yogurt. I actually find it harder to live without eggs when baking is concerned. I have very recently gone gluten free as well, which is another topic lol
@TheLifeInTheNorth That would be awesome! We like everything! Oscar makes almond milk too, I need to get used to it because I just LOVE lactaid milk but it's not good for me I know :( lol...I need to look into the dairy free yogurt! Oh that is so funny, I was telling Oscar I want to go gluten free. We just tried to make gluten free bread this weekend and it was actually pretty good! I got the ingredients at a natural food store.
So happy to get an update from you!! Good luck with winter classes my spring ones already started!! Hope that mixture of stuff really works for you .. Prayers and baby dust your way!!
I hope the natural remedies work for you! I am glad to see you back on YouTube. I used to vlog as JenLC99, please check out my new channel and subscribe!
@MRSnickyMRsicario YOu ar supposed to take it starting CD 13 and everyday until you get AF. When yo uget AF (that is CD 1) you stop and wait again until CD 13 and start taking it again until you get AF. I hope this helps if not let me know. :)
@MRSnickyMRsicario I know, that's why I said I hope you can see me because I didn't vlog from where I usually do, I usually put the cam up on a table and it wasn't there so I'm sorry :(
Great update. I feel that changing your diet and becoming a vegetarian is a good way to go. I too changes my diet and its been a month since I've become a vegetarian. I don't miss it. I cook it for my youngest son and my husband every now and again. Good luck and looking forward to more videos.
@mssensational Thank you sweetie! I hope so! It's not very easy changing your lifestyle but it's not that hard either. It's a sacrifice, but a good one, so I hope it works, but if not then at elast I'll be a bit healthier than before right? LOL Thanks for yo ur well wishes! :)
I'm so happy to find someone else doing natural treatments for fertility :) have you tried castor oil packs to unclog yiour tubes? Good luck with school & everything :)
@uca1748 I haven't tried castor oil, but I have heard it now a couple of times so I def will be looking into that. Have you used it? Thanks so much for the advice and your good wishes! :)
so nice to see you again. we have missed your updates. its so nice to see you happy again. keep smiling and everything will work out one way or another. dont stay gone so long next time and make sure you say hi to Oscar for us. maybe he can be in the next video.
@livingpoor Thanks Jeff!! How is Diana doing? And the kids? I'm sure you are right, everything will work out in the end, whether it is through this natural path or IVF so I don;t worry too much now. Once in a while it hits me but I have a deadline of August so I have something to look forward to. Luv u guys !! Take care ;)
Good luck! Your plan sounds awesome. Acupuncture will make all the difference, esp if the practitioner specializes in fertility. I have read many articles which recommend eliminating ALL dairy from the diet as the article indicated a strong relationship between dairy and blocked tubes. I believe this to be true as well. I have been vegan for over a decade so feel free to pm me for menu ideas. Cutting out dairy isn't so hard because there is a non dairy alternative for nearly every dairy product.
@TheLifeInTheNorth Wow, vegan? That is the route Oscar wants to take and I know we should because I'm actually allergic to milk, yep! I'm just too stubborn and I like it a lot but I have a feeling it has something to do with the tubes too. I defeinitely would need support to go Vegan because of the cooking, not so much the change but for me the biggest challenge is recipes. If you have any good books/websites to recommend I would love that!
@AnasJourney You're reight about the alternatives, Oscar made a vegan lasagna over the weekend and substituted the ricotta cheese for tofu and I couldn't taste the difference, they had the exact same texture!
Hi Ana! Enjoyed your vid!!! Missed you!!! I hope this natural remedy works for you! I think I am going to try the fertility massage. Thanks for the link! ~~ Baby Dust~~ :D ((hugs))
Ohh Ana i would love to tell you that, that "juice thing" looks good but OMG you are so strong on doing this i really hope it works for you. Ohh vegetarian that is awesome i would live to change but i dont think i could. I did the massage for a while and i really dont know if it worked but it feels good. I wish you the best and let those LB's come off!! You body will be more than ready for baby. Hugs -3
@wErHoPiNg4BaBy Thank you Iles - yes, this thing tastes HORRIBLE!!! But if it helps me make a baby then it's welcome - hahaha :) I like the massages too and I hope they are helping somewhat. Thank so much for your encouragement and you look great by the way! XO
You look SO pretty!!! I just had to get that out there busy lady! I am totally routing for you and this natural approach and I really hope it works positively!! I would love to take infant and child development!!
@alandamandamama Ha! I'm catching up on YOUR videos, so we're watching each other! lol...I missed you! How are you? Oh you would LOVE the class, it is amaziiing!!! Hugs for you and Augustine!
