OMG!!! This really made me feel better, because I've been working on a teen fiction novel (a couple actually), that hasn't really made any progress in about two months. It's honestly as if the muse has taken an extended vacation and has only stopped to send me a post card saying, "today is not the day for me to come back. Tomorrow doesn't look good either."

I have been feeling some guilt not only over the fact that I have yet to finish any of the books that I wanted to be published, but also over the fact that my struggle over procrastination has gotten me behind in school work. *sigh* I feel relieved to know that it's NOT just me! I've been in a stump for about a month now. Working and working out so much kinda helped to that. It's all been coming back to me, though. So I'm happy about that. ^_^

I made a personal deadline of finishing my first book by April (or sooner) but I haven't been able to write on it much due to the new school semester starting and going the tons of homework assigned. Hey, I now exactly how you feel :)

When I finished writing the first version of my book I couldn't continue to the second (it's a trilogy) because I had to edit the first one first and it was kinda frustrating because I just couldn't do anything. Before that every single moment was filled with writing. But fortunately now I'm able to work again :) So good luck!

I'm always feeling guilty about not writing, but my not writing has been going on longer than a couple months... I haven't finished a book in over a year now and I have very little motivation to go on... so yeah, it's poop because writing is awesome and fun and I miss it but my mind is being a butt... Anyways, I hope your muse comes back soon. :]
