PhysX 2.6.4 failed to initialize. Make sure you have the PhysX 2.6.4 runtime installed.
You need to buy physx crad for it to work BUT! The game is one whoel big scam it uses FPS limit 5 unless you have their card and it's worth 300 they did it to try to rival nVidia!

I think it was Anandtech website that exposed that Ageia PPU wasn't required to run the physics in this game. Someone created a very, very simple hack you could do yourself and run the game without a discrete PPU card.
The game was about 15% SLOWER without the card - meaning about 85% of the processing was done on the CPU. And this was LATE 2006, so the processors were quite a bit slower than today.
Physics/Physx in games today are just a gimmick. A few break ONCE walls, etc. Nothing special.
This is really odd. In my testing I could never get Cellfactor to recognize my video card as a physx card. I am using 177.79(Forceware)+8.07.18(PhysX) on 2x 8800 GT's in SLI.
Nvidia reps have confirmed that at this time, Cellfactor does not recieve harware acceleration from Geforce cards, reguardless of driver/game version, and it will require a significant re-write of code to support this. Either this video was taken by someone with an Ageia card, or it is just someone with a really nice procssor. However, this is NOT Geforce accelerated.
Warmonger works. You can download it (I am not sure if it is the same version, but I think it is) in the big physX/geforce driver package on the Nvidia website. I ran it for a while. Worked extremely well with GeForce acceleration, was slow as shit w/o.

Can you run the levels that require a physX board? Are you certain that you are getting hardware acceleration? What CPU do you have, what is your FPS with hardware turned off, and what is it turned on?

No, i just downloaded this game 'Cell factor Revolution' ok. Had max FPS of 50 and I HAVE NO PHYSX CARD, there is no FPS limit crap or whatever.
