My god, the coughs in between are their own music in between. It's a shame because this is a great performance of a wonderful piece of music and the coughing interludes are distracting. If I want to hear a work with such stuff I'd rather go to Schnittke's fist symphony with those great applauses thrown in the middle of the work
The fourth movement makes me think of fairies and animals dancing together in the clearing of a forest.
