Gotta admit, I sure love those ballon whitewalls on the harley spec rims. Are those 16" or 18"? They kind of look like 16" to me, as I have a '77 GL1000 front wheel with an 18 on it right here. Hoping to pull off something similar with goldwing and KZ hubs on my CB750FC, only with very wide 18" rims and BMW R1100R spec low-wall 120/70 and 160/60 size tires. What I'm curious about, is whether you've got a much wider than stock set of triples on there, or if that's an otherwise stock fork. -Sigh.
octane my dad and I are building a reverse trike similar to the t-rex but we're using a 78 goldwing Im trying to get a magnacharger for it but Im not sure if the higher compression heads from the 75' goldwing will handle the huge increase in power from the magnacharger would you mind giving me your opinion
@Nu18F not sure about the gl1000, but i know the guy that does the r&d for magnacharger. his name is mike talbot. i think he lives in valejo california. he has a supercharged v-max. they couldnt get jets big enough for it so they built an manifold for it to hold a holly 4barrel. only then could they get he fuel right.
What would be the main gas tank on a Harley is actually a False tank on a Goldwing (named a Faux Tank, the REAL gas tank for a Goldwing is under the driver's seat). That is where the original Air filter housing is kept and on this bike, where the Magnacharger is. Another big Goldwing guru named Randakk built a prototype supercharger kit that replaced the old Intake system and resides in the same location. He never went to production with it.
I'd live too see more videos of this bike. I hope you haven't abandoned it for your new Indian? Lol

Always liked the old Goldwings. Yours is just like I would picture a custom one. Well done. Even better with a blower on.

@casaloca31 Thanks for your comment.
Allow me to politely disagree:
...this bike IS a sports bike.
...it DOES stop easily. If it doesn't; somethings wrong with your brakes

I have a supercharger from a 1500cc toyota starlet which is self lubricating,just can't find a good goldwind as yet.

I heard: maybe clutch slides?

Can't see any supercharger on this bike. Where's the turbine? Looks just like a hacked GL1000 to me.

this guy is highly known, watch the other videos, there you can ear the whine

the blower and carburetor are mostly hidden beneath/inside the false tank.

A device that blows air into your engine at the same rate that it sucks money out of your wallet!
