For all the stupid morons: ALL these pictures were taken in 2006 on the same stretch of an unpaved highway in Yakutia, flooded due to heavy rains (except 0:57, which is from another flooding). The road was officially closed, but the people shown here thought they were smart asses... LOL. This is NOT an ordinary Russian road.
