Much easier than using my mouth like I usually do. I use this knot on the end of fly leaders for loop to loop connections.

I have a fly kit just got and am only taking up fly fishing, I got a knot to tie my backing onto my line but how the hell do I tie the leeder onto my fly line? I got a piece of string with the kit and a plastic tube? Anyone help me out?

It's been 11 months so I doubt you still have this problem but if you do, a simple nail knot is the answer.
