I traded for a Rx7 once, nice on too, low miles no rust and in good shape. The V8 truck I traded for it is still running around town, the car.....well lets say never again will I betray my V8 again. Paris Hilton was in jail longer than the motor lasted. Can't say there all like that, but mine was and it was a big waste of time.

We have a guy here locally who is literally fucking bonkers over the rotary engine, we call him the rotary king. His daily is an RX7, his kids daily is an RX7, his kid's drift car is an RX7, all turbo'd 16B rotaries.
IMHO the engine was abandoned because there wasn't enough R&D put into it. There's just so much power potential.

I'm still running stock twins, 14 psi, 328rwhp, for 3 years now, track car, and i didn't touch engine yet.
@samm0489 and i did over 30k miles with the car since i have it. So whatever you think, whatever you say, I proudly say: long live to rotary engine.
BTW: a 13b could take 100 psi if you could give that much, you just have to get the proper injectors, air/fuel, and here you go. Tell me when you'll do that with your conventionnal V8 engine... I'll be waiting!
