how did you update your phone, mine doesnt seem to go onto blackberry app world and when i do it off the internet it says its updated when its not?

@h8skool13 a video will be out shortly on how to move icons from folders etc but its very simple just press the blackberry button and move icon to folder and place it wherever you want

What phone do you have? May I ask you a question? If I have enough money and I want to experience a blackberry phone (actually my dad has a 8830 which is fully out-dated) and I just want to use it to call, sms text and maybe playing games and surfing webs using wi-fi...All I need is a good phone to use at a middle price. Would you suggest this phone to me???

@GAM3RCAMMY1 if 10 being the best then I would give it 7 because it isnt a proper proper smartphone like the blackberry bold which has 3g which is a big thing it is missing but then there is that new blackberry curve 3g which I would recommend more then this phone unfortunatley it wasnt out when I was buying a phone, hope this helps

Hey, so I just got a blackberry curve 8520 and the BBM isn't working. Like if I try to add someone of if someone tries to add me, it won't work. I know this comment is kind of late but would it have to do with it not having a data plan? Do you need one to have bbm?

@thehuckelberry7 yes it could because you would need the blackberry services pack for your phone to have bbm, blackberrry email etc... so thats probably why is isn't working! hope this helps!

@myworld1112 well first of all do you pay for the blackberry services?? (i.e. bbm, email etc) if you do on the set up wizard complete everything it tells you then go on bbm and set it up there too!!?? (please subscribe if the video or this helped??) =]
