Gustab's a edited final boss char from his encrypted/packed game. Follow document, Gustab's a milliardaire who build KOFM and he hide his real strength front anyone, except Psyqhical & his player (Zero, Igniz,...)
Gustav is the bad guy from the GBA game King Of Fighter EX 2.
althought he was NEVER made into a character he has a portrait picture in the game, and you can see him sitting down in the background when fighting Sinobu.
