Very cool, you did a wonderfull job. I love the camera angles and the lightning. In the laughter scene the woman gets a sort of unhuman feature the way her face is lit seen from the side. Love those details. 5 stars for you. Will check out the rest.

I do detect more John Waters influence than David Lynch (even though they are thematically close kin). Overmodulated Marriage feels more like Pink Flamingos than Blue Velvet, even though there is clearly a nod to Eraserhead in camera direction and lighting.

I was most inspired by Eraserhead. I enjoyed pink flamingo, but not how it was shot. I'm big into manipulating sound and image. I also enjoy Pt. Anderson, Alejandro Jodorowsky, and Darren Aronofsky.

I would also like to say that you should disregard the knucklehead below who verbally poops on your movie because of it being "weirdly shooted". I think that the cinematography is beautifully done and not shooted weirdly at all.

Your right, no body will be like the lynch. I was inspired by him. It's a whole different concept. I did put a lot of thought into making this film. Angles, fear, anxiety. Have you ever been in a relationship where you live with a person and you don't know why and then the intensity becomes more and more or it just feels nuts? maybe not, that's a good thing.  ::--))

1/2: Hmmm... I feel Eraserhead somwhere around here. However, I don't have the real Lynchian feel...

I know, that it doesn't seem so, but Lynch's movies are full of deep messages, which you have to look for very long and properly. Those messages are usually quite common, that seing them on a screen makes us think, the movie is weird!
