Just so you know, the people of California DID decide and some activist judges overturned a prior vote and now it's going to be voted on again. So we get Prop. 8 which is to add a clause to the California Constitution that marriage is between one man and one woman. And anyways don't gays and straigh people have the same rights anyways. I'm a female and I can marry the man of my choosing who will have me. A lesbian woman has the exact same right. That person just has no desire to exercise it.
