@NOBODYSANGEL9 the mannequin rehearsal video was done by a different choreographer for the 2008 vmas, and blah blah blah. They didn't go with that idea and gave her hosting the vmas. Yes she can dance like that, but she feels like she has nothin to prove anymore so what she does is for fun. And I like it more than just hardcore dancing. You can tell how much happier she is too. Yes she is more prone to knee injury but that was in 2004. She's fine.

Nothing has to do the with the way she dances here and now! it all has to do with the Album, the song and the mood, BOMT was very popish, Slave very Sexual and seductive, Me Against the music is a Hard hitting song, just like how there isnt much moves in toxic but very fast pace, Hold is against me i think she Near much Killed the dance steps and is in tip top shape, plus Going hard like this All the time wtih the schedule she has she would burn out!!

@ficsd18 She had two kids and a knee injury. Give her a break. She'll never dance on this level again cuz her freakin body is not the same. Ask any 30-year old dancer out there, they'll tell you the same thing. Justin Timberlake did.

@xazke She CAN do it like she used to (watch the mannequin rehearsal and the circus music video rehearsal the one where she was wearing that red hat) BUT she has to play it safe to prevent injury and if she injures her knee/ligament she wouldn't even be able to do what shes doing on the Femme Fatale tour.
