Here on my country mexico, the delivert guy is forced to do the delivery personally and get the signature, if u r not in home the will leave a message and u can call for a free re-delivery at the time you choose, before 9pm....

I heard he got fired btw, he probably was just overworked & stressed out from being in a rush.

For future reference? Do not order anything FRAGILE over the Internet/catalog. Go to your local mall or Best Buy, Radio Shack, etc. and purchase it up front. If you wish to order an item made of glass, AGAIN don't order it through the mail, unless you're ordering books, clothing, or any other "non-breakable" items. I love to read and occasionally order books thru Amazon; never had a problem. "Fragile" means nothing in that business. Trust me!! I worked in FedEx years ago; I've SEEN IT ALL!
