  • MY Head is bobboin by itself wtf

  • this song makes life better

  • Respect the DJ....

  • Brilliant

  • my personal opinion is that 93-97 eastcoast years are the best. But ofcourse i respect earlier years.

  • @amerikanserkku I would say the most consistent years for Hip-Hop were 93 to 96. There was a decline in 1997 with regards to production. However there have been classic Hip-Hop in every year and every era, that are constantly being made, there just hasn't been the consistency since 1996, and there was a certain mellow hard-hitting dusty boom-bap sound that we havn't had for 14 years.

It's awesome to hear a young Premo killing on the turn-tables.

  • DID YOU KNOW.... DJ Premier is actually pronounced Prem-yay?

  • @TaylorSwiftOnMyFace yea in france

  • amazing

  • R.I.P GURU

  • This is an imporant DJ cut because it is where Premo pays homage to his inspiration and mentor, Marley Marl. The two best producers in hip hop history.

  • Mutt - Draw On Me

  • "Hip Hop aint dead, its just buried alive" - nas

    but thats besides the point

  • The 90s.....The Hip-Hop Era of sampling Jazz Music......just perfect......

  • @DaFlash30 I agree; Gave an aesthetic quality to it while remembering the legends of jazz.

  • hip hop? is that you? i missed you...

  • @mjm2005 hip-hop's been hiding.......

  • R.I.P. to Guru, a true hip hop pioneer.

  • Germany. The summer is coming. A 19-years old boy turns this classic album up. Nobody of his friends can understand his love to this music..... I feel alone! I would love if god could give me the chance to experience these old days... Much love and respect to all who are with me and all who can say that they are witness of the golden years of... HIP HOP!

  • N!!!!!!!!CE

  • Ingenious landmark even 21 years after ! Bow my head.

  • This was vintage, Classic Hip Hop. When the Debut album for a crew always reserved the last track for the DJ. Primo in deep concentration, he's still creating great music.

  • RIP

  • rest in ppeace !!!

  • hip hop has had a recent turn for th worst.

new york needs to produce more hits!

  • I agree this is definitely classic hip hop here, before the money and fame became the way to live now. This takes me back to my days in high school when in my opinion rap was at its best.I often say the best years of rap were 1985-1992.Thats when alot of the styles and pioneers perfected what is now mainstay in rap right now.Its sad sometimes when I hear new artist come out and say this is the new thing when their were groups and individuals who already did it.

  • @elusiverecords:Since Viacom bought almost everything which used to be before 1998+are censoring/banning uploads here on YT you can guess where things will lead to at last.

Viacom are the Fox Media of R&B/pop+likely to be their death bed.

In the meantime paid"Tea Party"headbangers are aggressively commenting here on YouTube, you know them+after answering u just have to block them....i guess they even watch heterosexual porn movies at night where there is a secretary chick with PLATIN-glasses....

  • @elusiverecords: Ooops, i wanted to write PALIN-glasses, not PLATIN-glasses...so sorry....

  • @elusiverecords too tru. even from 92 to 99 rap was taking chances and being innovative and telling real stories from the streets. even the party tracks were better back then.

  • @elusiverecords you better agree

  • classic hip hop
