well boogie and dave idk bout dusty. werent really invovled in 2nd offense. dave is currently happy finding aliens and sadly boogie is got busted and released till the very end. looooong live booogie!

@720942008 For some reason, you can't play as them in quest mode, though if you play cooperative quest mode, player 2 can select them.

@720942008 I think its cause when he smashed his badge and threw his FBI card. They lost track of him and considered him AWOL (In other words he ditched them) thts why it said AWOL before WANTED
