question. someone gave me a Toshiba notebook,(no, not the fancy one seen here!), just a regular notebook. can i just hook it up to my present power source for my Acer PC? ,and, do i have to call the cable people to transfer my internet account to this older Toshiba pc i have?..............does it cost more to use a notebook? or is the fee similar to whats charged for using a standard PC?? now its around $42. a month for my present set up.

@acerb45666555 I shouldn't cost anything more to run a laptop-except, it will cost LESS! They don't need heaps of power and usually included a power pack to charge the batteries. You plug it in like any other appliance. If you choose one of these little ones, then it should cost even less (unless you try installing Office etc without the diskdrive!)

You won't believe it! This laptop can actually run Microsoft Office 93!!! And, it can open 2 WINDOWS WITHOUT CRASHING!!!!!!! The speed is unbelievable, the high graphic games (like minesweeper) are just amazing!!!
