This is a good end of workout movement. At this point ive already done all of my compound movements. This is a good way to pump more blood to the chest and arms. it can also be done at the very begging of the workout.

"off season" from fitness modeling and commercial fitness work. I try and add some natural size 2-3 months of the year. typically in the winter.

its a push up with a transition into a dip. I will do 5-8 sets of these at the very end of a chest/ tricep workout.

Hello Everyone I should have explained that this is a short range motion for LOWER PEC isolation!!
NOT For Triceps!
You also don't need to have your feet on the wall I just try and mix things up and be "DYNAMIC" as we like to call it at the Lost Atlantis Gym!
