Halo innovated the First Person Shooter genere. Most if not all FPS uses the Halo shielding system. And also Bungie brought FORGE WORLD!!! (or just froge from Halo 3). Heck, look at Theater Mode. CoD is COPING Halo's theater mode, and were bragging about it..... And all the fanboys were too, so wth? I like alot of games, but give credit when it is earned, and i give my respect for Halo

@MrDandpFTW Innovation is bringing something new, not making something succesfull. Innovation has nothing to do with succes, as in most cases they are looked over until much later, look at the tv, it was invented in 33, sale started in 50s, got popular in 60s.

Ken Levine, Peter Moleyneux, Cliff Blizinski, Tod Howard, Eugene Jarvis, Shinji Mikami, these are great innovators that brought new genres, subgenres and even storytelling methods.
