This is worse than youve said it and you oughtta know this, since you own a site: they are not only filtering links, any site that COULD be used in this manner is against the "law". For example a comment box on a site could break the law. Can you immagine? A harmless comment box could make you lose your site and/or go to jail. This would mean that sites like youtube, facebook, twitter, forums, blogs, etc. would have to be shut down.
