For the people who thinks Shiloh is too young to know how she wants to dress- uh... I can remember being three and HATING to wear dresses. I had a little sailor suit and other outfits and I knew what I wanted to wear. Kids do have their own personalities and some of them are more vocal about what they want than others. Many parents don't give their kids the option to be themselves.
