@P4ine if your refering to piccolo for most of dbz he was going from 1st to 2nd to 3rd there was infact alot of times he was higher than vegeta and goku and without him everyone woulda been doomed

also  vegeta thinking hes all that beating 19 and it took alot out him and piccolo takes of 20's arm like a joke and he was ment to be stronger than 19.

Vegeta was never tired, he could have taken on Gero with ease but let Piccolo have a go for the lols.

Piccolo has only ever been strongest out of all the heroes (alive) twice, when Goku dies after Raditz and when he merges with Kami. You could also say Nail but Goku was still alive and stronger.

Piccolo uses the Gekiretsu Kodan or Light Grenade against the first form of Cell after he interrupts him and #17's fight. It causes no damage to him whatsoever.

This was also in Super Butoden 3 for the SNES, actually a lot of the songs in Final Bout and Ultimate Battle 22 were remixes of DBZ music from the SNES. What's weird is they never seemed to remix the soundtrack of the Genesis DBZ game. It was very good.
