She's just not a "serious dancer." She's more or less goofing around and having a good time. Same with the other dancers. Best not to think of such performances with the same nauseating perspective of an E Entertainment personality or something, trying to treat a pop video like it's high art.

I wasn't trying to over analyze or treat it as high art - I just noticed that she seemed to struggle moving with any sort of fluidity to the music - but that's not a big deal, nor a rare thing - being a talented singer doesn't mean you will be a talented dancer - and I'd MUCH rather listen to a singer who can't dance than the opposite - a dancer who can't sing (and the world of pop/hip hop sends way, way too many people to the top who are crappy singers but can dance.)
