  • at first when they made bicycles you could'n drive downhill with them and then you needed to run down the hill... now there are downhill bikes with full suspension so why do I need to run???

  • I'm making downhill running a sport...get ready world

  • am sorry but uuhm, why not do this on a bike?

  • @nsG0 That's like seeing someone swimming and being like 'Ummm sorry but uuhm, why not do this on a kayak?'

  • Its something most people do at the age of one! yeah you get the picture.First u learn to walk then u run.its not rocket science. ther's to many experts giving advice.it seems like people can't think for themselves

  • How much do these guys actually know? They're running with shirts sponsored by Redbull!?!

  • Running downhill really depends on what obstacles you have to avoid tripping over and what time of day or night with low lighting or poor vision. the ground surface and type of shoe is also a point that one should think about.

  • "Crashing is part of the deal"? lol You're kidding right?

  • @Runaholism

nope, he isn't have you learnt snowboarding/skiing without crashing?

  • Some people walk the at in 2 years. This guy did it 53 DAYS!

  • Great tips, levitating over the rocks and looking to where your feet are going to go. I find my senses on hyper-alert in a "technical" rock section, making split second decisions where your next step will be. Having short legs and light body weight help too, ha ha.

  • I think I suffer from a healthy fear of mountain lions and such...I really wanna try it though

  • waked up shet........

  • lol, waked up shet

  • nice!
