just wondering.. is your knee 100 percent? How long did it take you to get to this point?

@keepitclean86 no my knee is not 100% and still not comfortable jumping off one knee in real games. just had my other knee done in february too. this recovery was even faster. 5 days post op i was walking no brace

man does your knee get sore at all anymore? I am 4 months post op right now and i find my knee gets sore after working out ect just wondering how your knee did all the way through it

@pat76ers yea it definetly gets sore with a lot of use, even now it sometimes gets sore. but at 4 months, def.

i had an allograft, think it came from like some ligament in the ankle or something

this is also pre air alert lol. did my first session right after this, so hopefully illl get sick results and post some more after air alert
