The intro music is among some of the best game music ever created. I think it's public domain now, I've heard it a few times on Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Apart from a few quibbles (public domain music, occasionally wanky controls), this is a great game. Really deep, somewhat psychological, shock, and moody horror. One of the biggest overlooked games. And I've never seen it on G4. Why have I not seen it on G4? Shit.

It was just an amazing game. I always wanted to know what would have happened after the game over when its written on wall,'finally found you stranger'. But I guess I will never know.

@ReturnOfTheZombie the main character voice actor died. Parents didnt like it so they bitched to company or something like that so they turnd it into Bloodrayne for the ps2

@MrImsozonked I know. The voice of the Strange was so cool.But the game was also criticized a lot for its camera and a whole bunch of PC gamers are FPS lovers who didn't appreciate Nocturne :-(

I am not a big fan of Bloodrayne. Nothing can be compared to the Stranger imho.

Unfortunately, Gathering of Developers (a.k.a. GOD Games) no longer exists, so my hope for Nocturne 2 is over :-(

I too have been searching for the suspense theme since '99, it also appears in Jackie Chan's First Strike and on several tv adverts. No-one seems to know who composed the music and what it's called. I found out that Kyle Richards is the composer of the soundtrack, but I can't find his works. Still searching
