Yep, I know and have done it. When I recorded this one I had some issues with controller [mostly Start button] so I was messing up the timing on sub-weapon switch. Even here, you can notice timing is off, thus missing the jumps.
Not much work actually, except for getting him to grab Kratos. The nature of this arena and battle makes these unusual positions possible.
Interesting part about failed-OH is that game believes Theseus is above Kratos but doesn't register the minigame, which works if Kratos is down but behind Theseus. Just wondering how it is programmed.

BTW u can jump like that by going to weapon menu and switch weapons but u have to do it quickly

1. S2:P2 sent to the ground, brought to "O".
2. False Grab gets him down. S1:P2 logic engaged. Can get frustrating to set-up the desired grab reversal over the side amirite?
3. OH at nothing? Hadn't noticed that.
4. Familiar. I typically try to use PS and the like to ease the process of getting him down below.

Yeah, it can get frustrating. Haven't figured out how to do it consistently enough. Somehow he never grabs when he is circling his 'spot'.
Once he is at edge, PS makes it quick work, but he rarely goes so far out as to throw him other side of bars.
